Hi, I’m Michael Flett, a bond agent with deep roots in Missouri. Born and raised in Phelps County, I bring over 15 years of experience in the bail bond industry, backed by more than two decades serving as a law enforcement officer throughout the state.

During my career in law enforcement, I worked primarily as a detective, developing the investigative skills and knowledge that now benefit my clients. Today, I proudly serve clients across Camden, Crawford, Dent, Franklin, Laclede, Maries, Miller, Morgan, Phelps, Pulaski, Texas, Warren, and Webster counties.

My approach to this business is simple but unwavering: there is no such thing as a minor lapse of integrity.
